Did you know that from AAPI you can also file Dimona declarations for employees who do not have Belgian nationality?
Yep! Via MY AAPI (website), our app sends the employee info to Dimona, as a result of which a BIS number is requested for the employee. As soon as your foreign employee's new identification number has been assigned, AAPI automatically updates your employee's details.
Do you invite the employee to fill in their details via the AAPI ME employee app?
When inviting your new employee, tell him to enter 00.00.00-000.00 as his national registration number in the AAPI ME app and AAPI will send the necessary info to dimona. As soon as your foreign employee's new identification number has been assigned, AAPI automatically updates your employee's details.
